What is a Sound Bath?

A sound bath is a meditative experience where you are "bathed" in sounds produced by crystal singing bowls and chimes. This practice can help reduce stress, improve well-being, and promote deep relaxation.

Listening to different sounds can be used as a meditation, time to pause, breathe and just be! A great way to start a busy weekend!

Important stuff:

Please note booking is required and tickets are limited so I can make sure everyone that takes part hears the sounds well and feels fully immersed in the experience.

The event might be cancelled if it is raining. Also please be aware that this event takes place in a public space so you might hear other noises around- like nature sounds which will be adding to your experience but also cars, other people, children playing and dogs that might be using the park so please be aware of that and treat it as a part of the outdoor exprience :-)

Because we will be working with sound and vibrations, this event might not be suitable for someone with a pace- maker/ any plates in the body, severe mental health problems, epilepsy/ seizures and first or third trimester of pregnancy. Contact me if you have any questions.
