Sound Bath Meditation

Come join me for a rejuvenating sound bath meditation at The Hamptons KT4! Immerse yourself in the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls and gongs as you relax and let go of the week's stresses. This in-person event is the perfect opportunity to unwind, reset, and connect with your inner self. Whether you're a seasoned meditator or new to the practice, everyone is welcome to experience the healing power of sound. No prior meditation experience is required – simply bring an open heart and a willingness to embrace the healing power of sound.

This event is hosted by a CMA certified Sound Healer and Reiki Master with over 15 years of holistic wellness experience.

Is parking available?

Yes, there is parking outside Maple Lodge - please ensure you grab an event permit from me on arrival to place in your vehicle.

What time should I arrive?

Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the start time so you can get settled and ready for us to start promptly.

What do I need to bring?

We have some yoga mats available but please feel free to bring your own. It's not essential but you may wish to bring a blanket, cushion, eye mask or anything else for your added comfort.

What shall I wear?

Wear warm comfortable clothing. Your body temperature may drop slightly as your body starts to relax so ensure you have enough layers to maintain a comfortable body temperature.

What can I expect during the session?

We will begin the session with a short guided meditation and some gentle breathwork to help you settle and allow your body to relax. Following this, expect to be immersed in gentle harmonious sound vibrations from the crystal bowls, gongs, tibetan bowls, chimes, tuning forks and other instruments.

How does sound healing work?

Science supports the benefits of a sound bath and follows Einstein's theory that we are all energy and vibration. Very simply, the pure vibrations from the instruments resonate in your body and create a deep internal relaxing massage and slow down your brain waves to a more relaxed state.

Do I need any prior experience?

None at all. We welcome all experience levels and just invite you to come with an open heart and mind.

Are sound baths safe?

Sound baths are safe. If you have any health conditions or concerns, please discuss with the event co-ordinator before booking.

How might I react during and after the sound bath?

Most people find sound baths a deeply relaxing experience. Sound baths also work to rebalance the energy in your body and can release stuck energy and emotions. You may feel the frequencies vibrating in your body (as tingling, heat, pulsing, sensitivity etc). This is normal.
