Please can everyone arrive about 5-10 minutes before the start of the session to get settled but no earlier as I will be setting up🙏
* Doors will open at 6:50pm.
Please bring:
Yoga mats (or camping mats or mattresses if you need extra cushioning),
Pillow/Bolster
Blankets
Water
-We will be laying down on the floor so make sure you have everything you need to stay warm and comfortable.
*I have some spare yoga mats, bolsters and blankets so please feel free to double up on yoga mats to stay comfortable.
💫 Your comfort is at the heart of this session. If at any point you feel uncomfortable, please feel free to adjust your position, sit up, or open your eyes. You’re always welcome to take a break or step out if you need to — this space is for you, and it’s important that you feel fully comfortable throughout and have full autonomy of your experience.
I may have some incense on at the door as I’m setting up the space, please let me know if you’re sensitive to the smell of incense :)
Please speak to Lalita if you are pregnant, have any metal devices inserted such as pacemakers, have severe heart problems or mental health issues, epilepsy or sound impairment / sensitivity. As there are some contraindications/cautions with these conditions.
However this usually applies to 1:1 sessions or when when using instruments very close to the body or on the body.
Additionally, If you have any health conditions and are unsure how they might relate to a sound bath, please don’t hesitate to have a chat with me beforehand & check with your doctor. Please note your place is confirmed once the booking is complete.
All bookings are non-refundable and non-transferrable, except in some circumstances at Lalita's discretion.
