What do I need to bring?

Bring yourself, a drink of water, a mat to lay on, a fleecy / warm blanket or 2 and a pillow cushion for your head if needed. Duvets are welcome. Please wear warm clothing to ensure you are cosy as your body temperature can drop during the sound journey

Warm comfortable clothing wrap up wear layers and warm socks and bring a fleecy warm blanket or 2 and anything else you need to be comfy

Is there any parking?

There is free parking at the hall

It’s in the centre of Pateley Bridge just up from the Main Street ~ address is Ripon Road Pateley Bridge HG3 5NL

Are there any restrictions?

Not recommended if in first trimester of pregnancy. If you have medical conditions and are unsure please check with your doctor. Children 12 and over are welcome but must be accompanied by an adult and be able to stay still and quiet for the whole session.
