Hi,

My name is Marek. I would like invite you to my Sound bath session or Tibetan bowls play.

I will be playing on set of 7 bowls (calibrated to tones B,A,G,F,E,D,C or aligned to chakra system in human body) + master mother bowl B-tone and hand-carved G bowl.

This session will be about 1 hour long:

10 min prepations and introduction, 35-40 min main bowls play, 10 min tea time and time to reflect your feelings after session if needed.

Purpose of sound session:

The sound and vibration coming from the bowls help with relaxation, reduce stress, calms nervous system, wash away negative emotions, improves sleeping quality and all together brings body to natural state of restoration and healing on mental and physical level. Thanks to this process we allow mental clarity come to our life.

The Bernice Hyde Hall allowed me to do session in their community center in Sidcup. It's easy to find on maps (Oxford road, DA14 6LW). Free street parking and for public transport use buses 51, 233, 321, 492, R11 bus stop: Knoll road. Central heating and toilet inside.

What will you need for session?

You will lie down on the floor. So it is good to have some protection from ground like yoga mat is ideal. To cover your self some blanket. By my experience is good to have additional blanket on yoga mat. Pillow is good choice or something under head. People also use sleeping bags or duvet. Eye mask if you prefer, water bottle and comfortable clothing. You can bring amulet, stone, crystal to charge, cleanse or for your personal use. If you have problem to lie longer on flat surface you will probably need something under knees (pillow, bolster) or it is okay to lie on side.

Have I forgot something to mention?

I will use smokeless incense as aroma to enhance more calm atmosphere for you. I used different types and this one is very pleasant type.
