Sound Bath Stone - The Ishta Centre (EXTENDED)

Overview

We welcome you to join us for a deep healing relaxation using ancient sacred instruments.

We welcome you to join us for a deep healing relaxation using ancient sacred instruments. Immerse in the healing vibrations of a beautiful chau and wind gong, quartz crystal singing bowls, Himalayan singing bowls, chimes, ocean drum, rain stick and native flute. These sacred instruments have been used for thousands of years to promote deep physical and emotional healing.

So, what is an Art of Love Extended Sound Bath?

Instead of our usual 45 minutes, you’ll be immersed in a full 60 minutes of deep, resonant sound, more time with the gongs, more flowing water instruments, and even more opportunity to surrender into the experience.

All you have to do is lie comfortably and allow the sound vibrations to flood your physical and energetic body. The experience will allow you to enter a deep meditative dream-like state, when this state is reached, our body can heal itself.

Our body, mind, and spirit hold the energetic imprints of all of our experiences, so each sound experience and each person will experience different sensations and emotions.

Sound baths can be a very powerful transformational experience as sound impacts every cell of our being.

Please wear comfy warm clothing and bring a mat, pillow and blanket for extra comfort. Exchange £20 plus booking. Limited spaces available, so please book early.

Please arrive 10 minutes before the start time. We begin on time and no entrance will be given after this time as it disrupts the group.
