Please arrive 10 mins before the session starts to settle into the space.
Session: 7-8pm
Please bring a yoga mat and blanket,eye mask, cushion, and anything else for your comfort (we do have a few spare if needed).
What to expect:
- A short breath and voice practice to prepare for the Sound Bath
- A guided relaxation visualistion
- Sound Bath - a range of carefully selected instruments will be played, such as Himalayan singing bowls, gong, crystals bowls, drums, rattles, guitar and others as well as soothing vocals.
- At the end of the session you are welcome stay for a soothing herbal tea

- Pregnancy - Please do not attend in the first trimester.
- Epilepsy or seizures - The changing vibrations of a sound bath could trigger a seizure, but you will know best how sounds affect you.
- Metal implants - If you have any metal devices in the body, such as a pacemaker, coronary shunt, artificial heart valves, or metal pins or staples, it is advised toavoid sound baths.
- Sensory sensitivity - Some people may be sensitive to certain frequencies or volumes of sound, which can cause discomfort or distress.
- Severe mental health problems - If you experience severe or clinical mental health conditions please check with your doctor or mental health professional before participating in a sound bath.
- Recent surgery or medical procedure - If you have recently had surgery or any other medical procedure please check with your doctor before attending a sound bath.
