Frequently asked questions

What shall I bring?

Please bring a yoga mat and blanket, and anything else for your comfort such as a cushion or eye mask, please wear comfortable clothes and bring a bottle of water.

Do I need any prior knowledge or experience?

No prior experience necessary, this is a very calming practice. We start with a short breathing and voice practice to prepare for the sound bath, but most of the session involves laying down in comfort and stillness as you allow the sounds to wash over you.
