We'll take care of everything—yoga mats, bolsters, soft blankets, and weighted eye pillows—so you can simply arrive, settle in, and surrender to the soothing vibrations of crystal sound therapy.

Your comfort and wellbeing are our top priority. To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants, please review the following guidelines:
🧘 Before the Session
- Hydrate well during the day, but avoid large meals or heavy food within 1 hour before the session.
- Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to settle in and avoid disruptions.
- If you are pregnant, have epilepsy, a pacemaker, or a serious medical condition, please consult your healthcare provider before attending, and let us know in advance.
🧺 What We Provide
- Yoga mats, bolsters, blankets, and weighted eye pillows are provided for your comfort.
- If you prefer to use your own mat or props, you’re welcome to bring them.
🦶 During the Session
- Remain lying down or seated comfortably throughout the session to avoid dizziness or discomfort.
- If at any point you feel overwhelmed, anxious, or unwell, feel free to sit up quietly, remove your eye pillow, or alert a facilitator.
🧹 Cleanliness & Hygiene
- All props are regularly cleaned and sanitized.
- If you have any contagious illness or symptoms, please stay home and join us at a future event.

- Take your time rising—many people feel deeply relaxed or slightly altered.
- Stay hydrated and allow yourself space to integrate the experience.
- Avoid driving immediately if you feel lightheaded or drowsy—rest and ground yourself before leaving.
