UNISON is offering a fantastic 30 mins taster for UNISON members in the South West.

SOUND BATH THERAPY TASTER

Using Crystal Bowls, Sun & Wind Gongs, Himalayan Bowls and the Bahia/Buffalo Bass Drum. Sound Therapy uses sound, music and specialist instruments played in therapeutic way combined with deep self-reflection techniques to improve health and wellbeing.

These sessions can aid deep relaxation through the frequencies that are produced via the different instruments used.

Other benefits can include:

stress reduction, decreased anxiety and depression, improved memory, reduced blood pressure , pain reduction

This is a 30 minute session
