This event is starting at 12 pm, but please arrive at 11.45 am to allow time to get yourself comfortable. You will not be allowed in once the sound bath has begun.
During this relaxing sound bath, you will be asked to lie on the floor, whilst the lovely Huda from The Sound School, uses gongs, singing bowls and percussion to create vibrations, which can help promote a better nights sleep, reduce stress and anxiety and clear busy minds.
Mats are provided. Please bring a pillow, blanket and socks as it is important to stay warm and comfortable during the soundbath. If this is not possible, or you forget, there are limited blankets and cushions available.
Please note: Sound baths are not suitable for people who are pregnant or who suffer with epilepsy.
This is a free event, but you must register by getting a ticket. If you are unable to attend, please get in touch, and we can offer the place to someone else.
There is limited parking for the Sound School, but there are several side streets nearby where you can park. It is on the 50 bus route.
This venue is on the top floor. To access it you will have to go up 2 flights of stairs. Unfortunately there is no lift.
