Come join me for a relaxing Sound Bath experience at Farmoor Village Hall. Let the soothing sounds wash over you and melt away the stress of the week.

I'm currently training with the British Academy of Sound Therapy. As part of my training I need to complete some sound bath case studies. If you wish to come to my event you will need to complete a consent form at the start of the session and a feedback form at the end of the session.

Please arrive 10 minutes before the session to complete the consent form and get yourself comfortable.

What do I need to bring?

• Wear warm, comfortable clothes
• A mat or something to lay on
• A cushion or pillow for your head
• A blanket(s) or duvet to keep you warm
• Water if you have a dry throat

Please avoid eating a large meal, and drinking caffeine or alcohol before the session.

Please read through the following contraindications and awareness's. If you answer 'yes' to any questions, please get in touch with me before booking onto the session so I can ensure I am able to help you. I don't want to have to turn anyone away on the day of the event.

1. Are you less than 3month's pregnant?
2. Do you have, or have had, frequency triggered epilepsy or any seizures which you believe to be sound triggered?
3. Are you currently being treated for, or currently have, clinical depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, dis-associative disorders, paranoid schizophrenia or other serious mental health condition?
4. Do you have a diagnosis of PTSD?
5. Have you recently had any surgery or any medical procedure? Are there any complications or pain with this?
6. Are you prone to anaphylaxis or require life-saving medication to be administered? For example, do you carry an Epi-pen?
7. Do you have any serious medical condition or general special need that I should be aware of?
8. Are you unable to lay on the floor for the session?
9. Do you have any metal implants in your body?
