Then, surrender to the soothing sounds of Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, rain stick, ocean drum, tongue pan, and other instruments as their vibrations ripple through your body — calming the nervous system and guiding you into a deep state of rest and renewal.

No previous experience is needed — just bring an open heart and mind.
