A little bit about me (the practitioner)

My name is Blaithin. I’m a Sound healer, Reiki master and intuitive energy healer. I’ve been a nurse for over 30 years in both the UK and Australia. I recently moved back to London after 27 years in Australia. It was a big decision, but I felt a strong pull to return home and start a healing centre here.

I feel there is a universal shift right now in how we see healing, realizing the importance of taking care of our emotional and spiritual health directly effects our physical health. Sound healing has become increasing popular due to its healing abilities and affordability. There is a lot of research to support sound healing as a useful tool to improve wellbeing, due to its positive effects on stress and relaxation.

Adding regular sound baths to your routine can be an enjoyable way to maintain a healthy mind, body and spirit. As sound baths don’t require any level of physical fitness, they are available to most people.

Luckily for me as the practitioner I also enjoy the benefits of the frequency and vibration and have found it a wonderful addition to my life.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION – Sound baths are not suitable for those who suffer from sound induced epilepsy, tinnitus, anyone who is extremely sensitive to sound or anyone with a pacemaker.
