Experience calm and meditative inner and outer worlds through Qi Gong movement and a Sound journey. Bathe in the vibrating tones of different frequencies created by various sacred sound instruments - including the Moon Gong, Crystal Bowls, Singing Bowls, Rain Stick and Koshi Chimes.


August: Breathwork & Sound
Activate your energy and release what no longer serves you through conscious breath and healing sound. We'll start with a gentle breathwork session followed by a restorative sound bath. This offering is for all levels. Please bring a mat, pillow, blanket, and eye mask for your comfort. If you're pregnant, have a heart condition, or experience tinnitus, please let me know.


September: Yin Yoga & Sound

A slow, grounding practice combining deep Yin stretches with the healing power of sound. As you melt into each pose, sound vibrations will help release tension and quiet the mind. Suitable for all levels. Please bring a mat, pillow, blanket, and eye mask for comfort. If you're pregnant, have a heart condition, or tinnitus, kindly let me know.

Coppa Club

Coppa Club is a laid-back place to be used for whatever you need. All day, every day. We first opened our doors back in 2015 in the Berkshire countryside village of Sonning-on-Thames, where we set out to create a venue which offered something for everyone, a local hang-out and a community space.

We’re relaxed, welcoming and informal, our bars serve great wines and cocktails, our lounge areas are comfy with sofas to relax in and plenty of Wi-Fi and plug sockets, perfect for meetings or just for settling in with your laptop.

Our menu focuses on thoughtful, Med-inspired dishes from small plates and snacks to grilled mains, sourdough pizzas and healthy salads.

Since 2015, we have opened 13 Coppa Clubs ; Tower Bridge, Putney, Henley-on-Thames, Streatley, Sonning, Maidenhead, Brighton, Cobham Village, Haslemere in Surrey, Bath, Guildford, Bristol & Cardiff. Keep an eye out for more openings in the future.
