About this event

Sound Bodies is our invitation to you to slow down. Right down. To settle back into baby belly breath. To allow your system to unwind and begin creating space for deep relaxation and reset.

Quietening down the monkey mind with a guided meditation designed to take you deeper still.

Gently bringing in the sound. Allowing the gongs, bowls, and percussion to wash over you, again, and again, until finally there is silence. Just the still and peace of the space. Calmness all around.

Once more we return to the breath. Feeling back into the body. Gently waking up and coming back into the space.

A pause for reflection, sharing, and an invitation to do some automatic writing in your journal.

Sending you out into the world in your very Sound Body.
