With a background in mental health, somatic practices, and trauma-informed care, Tina creates a space rooted in safety, compassion, and integrity. Her approach is shaped by years of study, hands-on experience, and a deep respect for the nervous system’s natural intelligence. Sessions are gently held and thoughtfully guided, offering space to reconnect with yourself in a way that feels grounded, spacious, and entirely your own.
- You are warmly invited to bring anything that helps you feel at ease such as a favourite jumper, cosy socks, or eye mask. Mats, pillows and blankets are provided.
