Sound for Sound Health is based on wisdom from ancient texts on Yoga, Mantras, Music and Ayurveda, alongside validated scientific practices.It is suitable for both teachers and students of yoga.This is part one of a wonderful two part course. It is possible to attend the course as a stand alone event too.

This program is for you if:

* You would like to gain an authentic and deeper understanding of the links between the classical practices in the Yogasutras, Mantras, Music and Meditation

* You would benefit from infusing your Yoga teaching with sound and breath-based tools and practices

ABOUT NITYA MOHAN:

Nitya Mohan, daughter of A.G.Mohan and Indra Mohan, director of Svastha Yoga and Ayurveda teacher training programs, has been teaching for over 25 years. Trained from a young age in yoga and music, her passion lies in combining Classical Yoga, Music, Mantras and Sanskrit. She holds a degree in music and has taught and performed all over the world. Nitya is an exceptional singer hailed for her purity of voice. Her holistic teaching draws from classical texts such as the Yogasutras, Natyashastra, Paniniya Siksha and relevant scientific research. Working with Nitya is a rare privilege and her sublime voice alone is transcendent and uplifting! She has a lightness of touch which renders these subjects accessible and very enjoyable.
