We welcome you to join us in a beautiful, sacred space at Choose You Yoga Studios, Livingston for a deeply immersive Sound Healing Bath Journey. A time for you to relax, release, and reconnect with your inner self. Let the waves of healing sound frequencies from instruments and voice gently wash over your Mind, Body, and Soul, cleansing, clearing, and harmonizing your entire being.

Experience the soothing sounds of the Tam Tam Gong, Shamanic Drum, Tibetan Singing Bowls, Rainsticks, Kalimba Thumb Piano, HandPan, Native American Flute intuitive voice channeling, and many other sacred instruments.

You’ll be guided by the vibrations of ancient ancestral songs, Shamanic chants, and Light Language transmissions, inviting you to journey inward. As you surrender into stillness, you may receive insights, clarity, and inspiration from your Higher Self and the Universe, helping you realign with your highest potential.

Each Sound Bath is a unique and intuitive creation—a magical experience unfolding in the present moment, just for you.
