Led by Eleonora – a qualified sound healing practitioner, yoga teacher and massage therapist who swapped life in architecture for a slower, more intentional path. She’ll guide you gently through this relaxing, science-backed practice.

After 6.30 pm no late arrivals will be let in to make sure that the event is not interrupted.
