Where to park ?

There are both free and paid parking options available around the church. Arriving early can help you secure a free space. Additionally, you can find paid parking along the main road and in the town center at Riverside.

What to bring ?

Please bring your yoga mat, a blanket or something to keep you warm, and if you’d like, a lavender eye pillow and a small pillow.

Our session begins with self-observation and a body scanning guided meditation, inviting you to relax and immerse yourself in the soothing experience of sound healing. This journey focuses on aura cleansing and emotional detoxification, as the healing sounds help you let go of what no longer serves
