What should I bring ?

You ll need a yoga mat , a blanket or sleeping bag , please make sure you keep yourself warm during the session, if you like lavender eye pillow , little towel or pillow for your neck .

There are free or paid carpark available in-front or around the church . Otherwise you can park in riverside .

Please make sure you are on time , doors are open from 5.50 pm and closed at 6 pm
