Sink into a deeply restorative sound healing session, cocooned by the dreamlike works of Alexandra Jabre. Across one nourishing hour, crystal bowls, chimes and gentle instrumentation invite your nervous system to soften, release tension, and find stillness, enhanced by the contemplative atmosphere of the artwork surrounding you.

What to expect

• Guided 1 hr sound healing followed by a tour of Alex Jabre's work

Good to know

• Mats and props provided; bring a cosy layer and optional eye pillow
• Suitable for all levels, no experience needed
• Please arrive 10 minutes early to get comfortable

Spaces are limited to keep the experience intimate.

About Alexandra Jabre

Jabre graduated from Brown University in 2007 and obtained her MFA from the School of Visual Arts in New York in 2017. She is currently preparing for her second solo show, opening in December 2025 at Galerie Analix Forever in Geneva, Switzerland.
