This week’s soundbath journey is designed to take you gently through three stages of relaxation and healing.
We begin with gentle breathing, simple, grounding practices to help you settle in, release the day, and prepare your body and mind to receive. A few minutes of guided breathing allows tension to melt away and creates space for calm.
Then the sound bath unfolds.
The resonance of Tibetan singing bowls fills the room, weaving layers of vibration that ripple through every cell. Each tone invites balance, ease, and restoration, guiding you into deep rest and presence.
To close an on body bowl blessing, the unique experience of a singing bowl placed gently on the body, allowing you to feel its vibration directly.
This practice helps release stagnant energy, restore harmony, and leave you with a sense of renewal.
Whether this is your first soundbath or a return to the practice, this session offers a sacred space to pause, listen, and reconnect.

• A blanket and pillow for warmth and support
