What happens in the session?

Using sound frequencies from gongs, singing bowls, chimes and more we’ll bring the body and mind to an optimal state by switching the nervous system from a fight-or-flight state, to a state of presence and harmony. There is a shift in brainwaves from a normal waking state to one of deep relaxation.

I'm new, what do I need to do in the session?

This method is extremely accessible to beginners and those who struggle to meditate as all you need to do is listen to the sounds and they effortlessly re-balance the body and mind.

What should I bring?

There will be yoga mats laid out to lie on, if you have your own you may wish to lay this over ours for extra cushioning. Please also bring a blanket, cushion and anything else that will make you feel most comfortable

What should I wear?

Wear whatever feels most comfortable for you. Come in your PJs if you like - there's no judgement here.

Sound healing is reported to enhance immunity, reduce physical pain, stress and anxiety, restore emotional balance, improve sleep and amplify creativity.

What if I fall asleep?

Accepted Answer

It's perfectly natural to fall into deep relaxation, and sometimes even sleep. If you are sleeping loudly I may place a hand on your shoulder to bring you gently back around, if not I'll leave you to rest.
