Join me for an incredible evening of relaxation and rejuvenation at this Sound Healing Bath event. Immerse yourself in the mutitude of the sounds and vibrations , as my instruments work their magic to restore harmony and balance to your mind, body, and spirit.

This evening, yet again, the Crystal Harp will be a featured instrument, joining forces with my other instruments to rejuevinate and heal.

Crystal Harp is quite a unique instrument - she produces soothing, ethereal tones - they reach not just deep on celluar level but also positively afffect our minds and souls, connecting us with the unseen, helping us to experience wholeness and oneness with all. My chosen Harp brings a state of deep peace and spiritual contemplation. Its tuning, inspired by the subtlety of stars and the infinity of the cosmos, is perfectly adapted to induce a state of deep meditation and inner silence.

Prepare to be transported to a state of deep relaxation as I will guide you through a unique sound journey. In addition to the ethereal tones of the Crystal Harp, the resonating vibrations of the crystal bowls will wash away any stress or tension, while the shamanic instruments and gong will help release any blocked energy, leaving you feeling refreshed and renewed. I will also use carefully selected aromatherapy tools to help the sound and healing integration throughout.

No previous experience is necessary, and all* are welcome to attend. Just bring yourself, a comfortable mat, blanket and a pillow to lie on, and an open mind. Allow the power of sound to wash over you, providing a much-needed escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life.

Please note that the door to the venue will be closed as soon as the event starts to ensure no disruption and allow full immersion.

Our venue has got plenty of parking spaces (free parking).

Kat is an always learning and evolving energy practitioner and is a CMA qualified sound healer. She expertly combines her skills of playing classical instruments (like a piano or a guitar) with Tibetan singing and crystal bowls, vast array of shamanic instruments and gong, to create a truly unique sound therapy experience.

During sessions with Kat you will be gently supported for your mind and body to come to an alignment and balance, for you to connect with your inner wisdom and peace. Her natural ability to read the energy ensures she designs the sessions in the best way to support your mind and body in what they need most. During her sessions she often encourages meditation and light body movement, uses the aromatherapy tools and oil blends to facilitate and support the process of healing and integration. She is most passionate about holding the sacred space for those who seek it.

You will be taken on the journey of discovery - the one which will help you better connect with Higher Self, your physical and mental bodies, and have an opportunity to let go, re-balance, re-charge and heal❤️
