Event description
Join us for a very special sound healing workshop with Tallulah Rendall.

About this Event

At sixtyfoureighty, we believe that cultivating personal responsibility is a key factor to achieving real change. But how do you ignite personal responsibility? Powerful, transformative experiences can present a different reality and get us closer to ourselves and the people around us. Our sound healing workshop may be an experience for you that could offer just that.

‘Sometimes we simply need to be held in order to let go of the emotional, physical or mental stress we are holding. To be supported in order to see and feel that we are enough. To learn ways of nourishing ourselves; our voices, bodies, minds and spirits so we can lead a nourishing and harmonious life.’ Tallulah Rendall

THE FLOW OF THE EVENING

We begin with a Yoga Nidra Meditation to relax the group and an invitation to attune to how we are really feeling and to set our intentions for the journey ahead. This is followed by the Sound Healing where Tallulah combines her voice with Gongs, Himalayan Singing Bowls, Sacred Song & Shamanic Percussion to facilitate the deep relaxation of our nervous systems which in turn can cultivate a clearer understanding of how best to nurture our body, mind and spirit moving forward.

The energy investment of this evening is £15 & we also invite you to leave a donation for our social enterprise, sixtyfoureighty, which aims to protect the environment and existing ecosystems through building a fully sustainable & biodynamic vineyard in Piedmont, Italy.
