About this event

Health • Mental health

Join Jill and Dean, on Sunday 21st September in South Shields for a deeply rejuvenating sound bath.

Enjoy the unique experience of two experienced sound healers working together to create the most relaxing and nurturing sonic experience. We carefully select different instruments to create vibrational waves such as Gong, Crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, Hand pan, Flow Chimes, Live vocal looping and Drum. These instruments will naturally guide you into a state of blissful relaxation, like that of deep meditation. In this state, your body can find homeostasis and the body - mind complex is able to find peacefulness, connecting fully with your inherent wisdom. We will begin with a short, guided meditation settling you into a place of receptivity and then you are invited to lie down, wrap yourself in a blanket and allow waves of sounds to ‘wash’ over you and move through you. This the perfect opportunity to unwind and recharge your mind, body, and spirit.

To ensure you are comfy during this sound journey please bring everything you need to be comfortable on the floor. This may include a yoga mat, pillows for your head and maybe also under your knees, blankets - even a duvet or a sleeping bag if you want to be super cozy. Some people like to bring a journal to write down any inspirations that follow and a water bottle.

Doors open 6pm. There will be no entry after 6.15pm so make sure you arrive in time to get settled. Afterwards we will give you a chance to feedback and get grounded before you drive home.
