With over two decades of personal spiritual practice and a decade of professional experience as a Yoga Teacher, Rose offers flowing Yoga, Yin, and Yoga Nidra woven with Sound Healing, Astrology, and Tarot or Oracle readings. She integrates her offerings with energy medicine and deep listening to guide others into greater awareness, emotional release, and inner stillness.

Rose recently qualified as a Yoga Therapist through Soma Yoga Medicine School, where she trained in Ayurveda, breathwork, sound, and shamanic healing techniques. She also holds a Master’s in Psychoanalysis and has completed over 1,000 hours of training in Yoga, Sound Healing, Reiki, and other holistic healing tools.
