Hello ❤️ Welcome to & GROUND deeply restorative Sound Journey!
🧿 Come and join me ( I am a certified sound practitioner | kundalini yoga & breath instructor | reiki practitioner) at the Notting Hill Club for a unique event that will immerse you in a world of soothing sounds and calming vibrations. This in-person adult experience is designed to help you relax, unwind, and rejuvenate your mind, body, and soul.
🧿 During this event, you will have the opportunity to participate in gentle guided breathing exercises (pranayama) , listen to enchanting, soothing sounds of himalayan and crystal bowls, gongs, chimes ,voice and many other organic sounds. You'll be able to let go of any stress and tension you may be carrying.
🧿 This beautiful studio provides mats, blankets and bolsters for your comfort. If you wish to travel even deeper with me, please bring along an eye mask.
🧿 Please arrive 5 mins prior to starting time.
