Sound Journey with Joe and Hali

We are excited to welcome you to a very special evening where Hali and Sound Travels(Joe) join forces again for another sound journey. Throat singing, clarinet, flutes, shamanic drums, chimes, Mandolin, jawharps Tibetan singing bowls and many other sound healing/ceremonial healing tools to bring powerful vibrations and frequencies to allow you to journey inwards and/or outwards. A safe space for you to fully surrender into sound stillness and silence. Movement, meditation, sitting, lying down, journaling, sleeping, making art or whatever feels right to you is all welcome as long as it is respectful to the space and not disruptive to the sounds or other participants. PLEASE BRING YOGA MATS, pillows, blankets and whatever else you need to be warm and comfortable. We ask that you do not bring sleeping bags as they make noise. We look forward to spending an evening immersed in sound with you!
