Ready for a unique experience at Sol Haven?

Join Sammuel for a Sound Meditation journey that's all about relaxation and the incredible healing power of sound!

Bring your own small pillow and gentle blanket for the ultimate comfort – we've got the mats covered!

Immerse yourself in the soothing sounds of gongs, singing bowls, percussion, rattles, and more.

Whether you're lying down or prefer a comfy seat, the experience promises to go beyond relaxation, offering potential health benefits and fostering physical healing.

The sound waves during the session create an immersive atmosphere, aiming to help you let go of stress, anxiety, and worries. People often report feeling deeply relaxed after sound baths, and the shifts in consciousness can be similar to deep relaxation or even sleep.

If you prefer to remain seated, please do state this as there is plenty of room for seated participation.

Cost of the event is £15 by Bank Transfer on request or £16.96 when paying by Eventbrite.
