If you cannot make the class, please contact me and I will transfer your ticket to another date.

Is the location wheelchair accessible?

Yes. Attendees normally bring yoga mats to relax on but if are unable to do this, you still get the full benefit sitting in your chair. Bring anything along that makes you feel comfortable. Blankets, foot rest, hot water bottles etc.

Yes, including a toilet for wheelchair users.

What do I need to bring with me?

Anything that makes you feel comfortable and warm. Yoga mat, pillow, blanket, hot water bottle. Some attendees bring cushions or small mattresses - anything goes!
