Do you ever feel so frustrated you just want to scream? You are not alone. When you have a ton of pent up stress piling up inside you, letting it out verbally can give you a sense of relief. In this group we aim to relieve our stress and frustrations through vocal exercises and body movements so that we can feel calmer and more relaxed.
