What is Sound Reiki®?

It is a form of sound healing using the voice to help aid energetic healing. It is rooted in the traditional practice of Reiki but the energy is moved through the voice rather than the hands. Lilli's Sound Reiki® is totally unique to her and cannot be experienced anywhere else in this way.

The session is delivered as a sound bath experience where guests are invited to lie down and close their eyes to receive the healing. Common experiences include a reduction in symptoms of anxiety and stress, feeling lighter emotionally and a deep sense of peace and calm.

Are mats and blankets provided?

We don't provide any mats or blankets and ask that you bring whatever you feel you need to feel comfortable. We would suggest a yoga mat, a blanket and a pillow. Also ensure you have some water to sip throughout as needed.

Arrival and Preparation

Make your way into the space and find the perfect place to lie down on your mat. The candles will already be flickering and the music softly playing, so you will feel instantly relaxed from the moment you arrive.

7:15 PM - 8:15 PM

The Sound Reiki Experience

Lilli will guide you through a unique healing meditation experience. You will lie down with eyes closed as she guides you through breathing and visualisation exercises before beginning the Sound Reiki itself. Sound Reiki uses sound vibrations to heal you and help you release any emotions that may be trapped in your body. It is common to experience a few tears during the process but this is purely a release and shouldn't be triggering or upsetting. If you are concerned or have any questions, please don't hesitate to get in touch ahead of your session.

The Grounding

Following the healing itself, Lilli will guide you through a grounding process to ensure you leave with your energetic vibration resonating to 100% divine love and light.
