Sound + Touch

Harnessing the power of sound and touch, we bring you an afternoon of ultimate relaxation and rest. Sarah (@alittlespace_wellbeing) and Maren (@ginkgomassagetherapy)will provide nurturing, healing holds and gentle touch therapy whilst Jade (@soundbodysoul) guides us through a sound journey with her beautiful instruments.
All proceeds from this event will be donated to CoppaFeel!, the breast cancer awareness charity - suggested donation of £25.

Mats, blankets and all the cosiness will be provided, courtesy of the wonderful Limehouse Yoga Studio. Please wear something comfortable and bring some water with you. Please also let us know in advance if you are pregnant or have any injuries, medical conditions or access needs we should be aware of.

During the event you will be lying in a comfortable position on a mat on the floor. The touch element will be woven in through the session and will involve some light pressured healing holds and strokes of your feet and lower legs as well as a gentle massage of your head, neck and shoulders. Please do let us know before the session starts if there is an area on your body you would prefer us not to touch.
