Please join us for an accompanied sound walk with Nottingham based artist Andrew Brown. The experience, developed in association with students from Nottingham Trent University, will discuss the topographies of the city and the relationship art and the UK Young Artists festival has to it. The walk will conclude with an informal discussion group. Andrew Brown is a Senior Lecturer on the interdisciplinary Fine Art course at Nottingham Trent University and has a long track record in solo and collaborative projects involving sound, text, film and performance. He founded the project Open City in 2006 and has since composed soundwalks in cities across the globe.
