Is there parking nearby?

Yes, there is plenty of free parking outside.

What should I bring with me?

Something to lie down on (yoga mat) blanket, pillow, eye mask optional, bottle of water. Wear comfortable clothing as you will be lying down for the hour. Comfort is key. People bring along padded cushions too for more comfort.
