A beautifull experience , allow yourself to be immersed mind and body in the the healing relaxing sounds of crystal bowls , shamanic drum rythems and Tibetan bowls. It all starts with relaxing guided breatwork, gentle stretching to lead you in to relaxtion ready for the sound experience .

What should I wear ?

Comfortable clothes , yoga pants leggings , tracksuit, layers ,

Will I need to bring anything?

We provide yoga mats , but often a pillow and blanket add to your comfort when relaxing on the mat./

Will I need water ?

Drinks and healthy snacks are provided at the end of the session.

Who shouldn’t attend?

It is not recommended if you have a pacemaker, epilepsy, or pregnancy.

What are the benefits?

Better sleep, reduces stress and anxiety, improves focus , improves mood , helps with depression,, balances energy .

Do I have to be flexible ?

No not at all this is all about relaxation , if you can’t lie on the floor please let me know and a chair can be provided.
