Helm invites you to our brand new Soundbath Sessions with wellness practitioner Kharis.
Join us on Sunday 12th October for our first Soundbath Session and end your week on a high - arriving at 3:30pm and taking time to settle in before the soundbath begins, running from 4pm until 5:30pm.
Kharis is a certified sound therapy practitioner using her 18 years of esoteric study and practice to curate deeply restorative alchemical sound journeys. Using a combination of sounds, including vocal toning and instruments that stimulate deep relaxation as well as cleansing and aligning the chakras and auric field.
Sessions begin with light somatic movement and breathwork, guiding you into a receptive state before bathing you in purifying vibrations of 432hz crystal sound bowls, a Balinese drum and shakers and vocal sound.
The combination of sounds can trigger brain entrainment which is where brainwaves are guided into altered states associated with deep relaxation and transcendental meditation, powerful states for returning mind and body to equilibrium.
