What is a Soundbath:

A sound bath is a meditative experience where participants are “bathed” in sound waves produced by various instruments like singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and more. These sounds help to balance the mind, body, and spirit, leading to a state of tranquility and peace.

Things to Know:

• Mats, blankets, and pillows will be provided for your comfort, just bring yourself!

• Free parking at the venue.

• Wheelchair accessible.

• Chairs can be provided if you are not able to lay down, please contact me if you have any special requirements.

Contraindications and Awareness

Soundbaths are not suitable for any female in their first trimester of pregnancy

Epilepsy or any seizures

Have clinical depression, bipolar, schizophrenia, PTSD

Have had recent surgery

Prone to anaphylaxis or require any life saving medication

Have metal implants
