During the slumber, you will hear the Sound Bowls being played intermittently (for however long tat you're awake) as I take time out to sage cleanse & do crystal healing work on individual people.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to bring anything?

Yes, please bring something soft to lay on, a cushion/pillow, warm clothing and something to cover your eyes with (optional) as this slumber is outdoors. Plenty of water & tissue (it can get emotional) are advised too.

Do I need to have attended a Sound Bowl Slumber before?

Absolutely not!!! Whether you're a regular or this would be your first time, this slumber is open to all.
