Join us for an evening of relaxed discussion and sound exploration. This is an opportunity to

listen to and hear from some of the freshest practitioners on climate justice and ecologies.In

turn, we hope to amplify alternative and often underrepresented community perspectives.

This is an open invite to the public including March students and staff. Make sure not to miss

it. Chloë, Sarah, Nica, Renua, Loulwa and Tobi are a collective of final-year MArch students

who work in the intersections of culture, communities, archiving, curation and sound. We

hope you can make it!

6–6.30pm: Climate sound exploration

Panellist to share a 30-second bite of a song that reflects their feelings towards climate, land and their ecology and discuss briefly.

Antoinette Oni - @where_you_bintu

Antoinette Yetunde Oni, an award-winning architectural designer and multidisciplinary artist based in London and Lagos, Nigeria, explores postcolonialism, resource degradation, and the climate emergency in urban environments through speculative collage and assemblage installations.

Rayan Elnayal - @spaceblack__

Rayan, artist, designer, and educator, blends magic realism with architecture for futuristic visuals rooted in Sudan and the SWANA region. Co-founder of Space Black, she challenges norms, promotes accessibility, and teaches at the University of Greenwich.

Heba Tabidi - @spaceblack__

Heba, Civil Engineer, DJ and Co-founder of Space Black, a creative design studio. She promotes exploring alternative spatial futures for marginalised communities.

Resolve Collective - @resolvecollective

RESOLVE, an interdisciplinary collective, integrates architecture, engineering, technology, and art globally. Focused on just and equitable visions of change, their work spans urban design, community support, installations, and research collaborations.

Nabil Al-kinani - @nabil.alkinani

Nabil Al-Kinani is a British-Iraqi built-environment professional and creative practitioner raised in Wembley, he possesses a keen interest in urbanism, cultural placemaking, sustainable development and spatial politics. His research largely focuses on “spaces” and “stories”.
