We are SOUPer excited to be hosting our next event, in a lovely evening with friends and alumni at the Factory Academy.
SOUP co-hosts flematu sessay (artist and cultural producer) and Kirsty Large (art director and creative facilitator) met nearly 2 years ago when they did the Managing Creative Projects course at Factory Academy. Together they created this part symposium-part supper club to meet other creatives working in the northwest and they're bringing the event back to where it all began at Factory Academy.
Bringing together students past and present, we'll enjoy a fun evening in The Lab, with a creative workshop titled "Note To Self" to re-energise our creative capacities for the autumnal months ahead...
Between courses to feed the mind, the group communally prepares the main dish: a soup lovingly made with contributed ingredients. The gathering culminates in an intimate dinner where you can enjoy new connections. Speakers will share their unique insights and guide creative explorations to foster knowledge-sharing.
