The Host

Tim Kampel has 25 years experience in property, as an ex-estate and letting agent and currently runs his own company, providing EPCs, floor plans and photography.

Tim also has experience in a consulting role with the BBC for property views and opinions, alongside his time as an energy assessor, property sourcer, project manager and judge at the Property Professional show.

Tim is currently a Franchisee with Sourced, and working together has shared great success in recent years, sharing knowledge and expanding portfolios as he builds his property business.
