You'll receive your own starter and instructions to get you started at home. We will also show you how to use the surplus starter and make some delicious pancakes to finish with.

This workshop is offered by Eldon Powles a tree hugging lumber jack :) Having been raised in Wales (yes, he is a welsh lad) Eldon believes in living close to nature and becoming self reliant. He has taught himself the art of sourdough bread making and enjoys munching on a chunk of bread with some hot soup, but his favourite may be the sourdough pancakes left over from the culture with maple syrup and blueberries.
