Event description

Description

You will make 2 different starters; a kamut heritage grain starter and a rye starter which you take home. You will learn the best and most traditional methods of developing, shaping and adapting your starters to make a variety of different sourdough breads. Included in your workshop will be a sourdough based lunch prepared during your class, alongside refreshments for the day. If you want to make wonderfully tasty, healthy, slow ageing bread, then this is the course for you.

We prefer to work with smaller groups (from 3 - 8 people) as we feel that you will receive the greatest benefit from studying and baking in a more personal environment. Students can enjoy a 10% discount, as well as those making group bookings.

Certificate of achievement awarded on successful completion of a course. A vegetarian lunch is provided.
