This is going to be a special sparkling one! We were set to focus on South Africa’s still wines… but first, we’re kicking off with a Cap Classique Takeover – South Africa’s sparkling answer to Champagne!
Starting the evening in sparkling style with six superb Cap Classique wines, we’ll then journey to one of Stellenbosch’s most celebrated estates: Kleine Zalze. With a history dating back to 1695, Kleine Zalze blends tradition with a modern, minimal-intervention approach, letting each wine truly express its varietal character.
