Transactional analysis is a theory of human behaviour and communication. Leading organisations and professionals invest in coaching techniques to improve employee engagement, motivation and talent development and also dispute resolution. Transactional Analysis is one of the theories/techniques that are used successfully to help understand employees and enable them to reach their potential.
In Good Company would now like to invite you to come along to an interactive session where you will learn about why TA is so powerful in the workplace and for HR professionals by learning the theory and then exploring it with your peers. You will learn about origins and patterns of behaviour and how to influence others by making conscious choices. If you want to understand the reasons for your behaviour and that of others and avoid getting drawn into negative dynamics then this is the workshop for you. We will be covering:
· Ego states
· Behaviour Drivers
· OK Corrall
· Recognition Needs
