Welcome to the South Leeds Menopause Support Drop-In Group!

Date: The second Tuesday of each month

Time: 7 PM - 8 PM

Location: Hamara Healthy Living Centre

If you're looking for a safe space to chat, share experiences, and get support during your perimenopause & menopause journey, this is the place to be!

Our drop-in group offers a friendly environment where women in South Leeds can connect with others going through similar experiences. Whether you have questions, need advice, or just want to meet others in the same phase of life, we're here for you.

No need to book, just come down for 7pm start on the 2nd Tuesday of each month.

In addition to the drop-ins, there’s also our FREE ‘Your Best Midlife’ online course for women

A 4-week FREE online course for women in midlife, covering perimenopause & menopause management including nutrition, fitness, habits & lifestyle

Course attendees will also receive a free book on menopause & a free month’s gym membership at 360 Fit Performance Centre

About your trainer: Niki Woods is a former HR Manager turned menopause educator, qualified nutritionist and PT, woman's coach, and the author of The Man's Guide To Menopause: Everything You Need To Know But Were Afraid To Ask (available from Amazon at https://amzn.to/3X5LHxh)

She's delivered training for organisations large and small across all sectors, including for the CIPD, Shell, Stagecoach Bus.

She's also a Director of Best Midlife CIC, a community interest company dedicated to supporting the menopause transition and improving women's health in midlife, which delivers projects both online & in person, and is currently delivering community projects funded by Leeds City Council and the National Lottery Community Fund
