By IOSH South Wales Community

Overview

Join South Wales IOSH Community to explore IOSH grades, Blueprint, CPD and mentoring – your guide to growth and professional clarity.

Join the South Wales IOSH Community for an engaging and informative session designed to support your professional journey within IOSH. Whether you're just starting out or aiming for Fellowship, this event will guide you through the various IOSH membership grades, outlining the academic and professional requirements at each stage.

We are delighted to welcome Tudor Williams, Director of DTD Training, as our guest speaker. Tudor will share his expertise and insights on professional development, offering valuable guidance on how to progress within IOSH and make the most of the organisation’s resources.

We will explore the purpose and power of the IOSH Blueprint and CPD, helping you understand how to use these tools to shape your development and demonstrate your competence. You will gain clarity on what IOSH expects, how to meet those expectations, and how to support others as a mentor or mentee.

Expect practical tips, expert insights and a chance to ask questions in a supportive environment. This event is ideal for anyone looking to progress their career, support others, or simply better understand the professional development landscape within IOSH.

This is your opportunity to expand your knowledge to enhance your professional journey. This event plans to cover the following IOSH competencies: Knowledge management (Core), Planning and implementation (Core) and Self-motivation and discipline (Behavioural) at Understand Level.

The event is open to members and non-members. If you have dietary, accessibility, or other requirements, please contact us at communities@iosh.com in advance.

This information will be shared with the venue that you are attending to help ensure staff are ready to assist if you need it.

As part of IOSH charitable objects, we offer this event free of charge. As we have limited spaces, we kindly ask that you inform us as soon as possible if you are no longer able to attend.
